Chianti Garage Addition & Remodel

The original two-car garage needed room for a workshop, so we removed a bearing wall and built an addition to extend the space. The project also included a new sunroom, all new facia trim, a brand new roof, and a complete new paint job.

Chianti Sunroom Addition

We replaced an old aluminum patio cover with a beautiful new sun room, complete with La Canada folding doors, skylights, and other fine details.

Josie Addition & Complete Remodel

We added on to this house to make room for a new kitchen and laundry room. Also included were a brand new bathroom, all new windows and doors, central heating & air, and new stucco.

Knoxville ADU

This old garage has been transformed into a pool house, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room with new floors throughout. Brand new windows and doors, a new stucco coat, and a fresh paint job accent the main house perfectly. There is evan an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a dip in the pool!

Outdoor Living Space

This outdoor living space added about 600 square feet of entertainment area, complete with fireplace, electric heaters, and provisions for a future kitchen and barbeque area. Also included were a new roof, siding, and paint.

Master Suite and Kitchen Addition

This addition doubled the size of the kitchen and added a new master bedroom and bathroom, as well as a covered patio, new floors throughout, and a brand new roof.

Rossmoor Interior Remodel

We completely renovated this home’s master suite, guest bathroom, office, kids’ bedrooms, and laundry area.

New Siding and Paint

We removed the original stucco siding, installed new insulation and vapor barrier, installed new Hardie siding, and repainted the entire house. Other details we added were a new railing, extra lights, new light fixtures, and new gutters.

COMPLETE EXTERIOR REMODEL

We changed this home’s roof lines, replaced the siding, upgraded the doors, and installed new Low-E windows. Now it has incredible curb appeal with the added benefit of being more energy efficient.

New Stucco and Trim

We removed the original board and batten and sandblasted the old stucco finish. All of the rotten trim was replaced, and new moldings added. We then applied a new sand-finish stucco to the entire house, and painted all of the trim.

GARAGE FINISHING

We transformed this garage into a convenient pool house with a beautiful and spacious interior.

ADDITION, ADU & REMODEL

This was a complete home renovation, including all bathrooms, the kitchen, garage that included an addition on the back of the home, the ADU with new kitchen and bathroom and porch-covered walkway to the garage. New roof and a beautiful new brick porch add great accents.

ADDITION & REMODEL

This addition brought forward the front of the house, allowing us to create a spacious open floorplan inside. We were able to enlarge the kitchen, open up the living room, and add a fireplace.
